Kinesio tape is best used for inflammation. The tape allows the body to release toxins. When applied by a professional, a pressure gradient is created. In addition, the muscle becomes more active, pumping more fluid through the body and through the lymphatic vessels. Pain and swelling will decrease and the healing process is accelerated.
